How do I check my balance?

You can check your balance on:

  • your personal web space ;
  • on most of the receipts ;
  • on the payment terminal if your balance is insufficiant.

Check your balance on your personal web space:

To check your balance or your transactions, you first have to log into your personal webspace on

On the homepage you will find your Ticket Restaurant® balance and your Ticket Compliments® balance in the upper left corner.

To check your transactions, you have to click on "My transactions".

There you will find the transactions (expenses or deposits) of the past 6 months. You can also select the type of cheque (Ticket Restaurant® or Ticket Compliments®) and the type of transaction (expenses or deposits).
